Freaky Fruit Smoothies Recipe

If your missing that Caribbean summer (we never have) then this should be right up your street. Lots of fruit and lots of beach vibes, healthy too! 

Ingredients: 

  • 200ml of apple juice

  • 300ml of frozen fruit

  • Ice

  • Chopped, fresh strawberries, blackberries and blackcurrants

You will also need: 

  • A glass jar with a handle

  • A decorative plate or a slate

  • Straws

  • Mini umbrellas 

1. Pour the apple juice and frozen fruit into a jug and using a hand food processor, blend until there are no lumps.

2. Pour the blitzed liquid into a glass jar and add ice. Place on a slate/ decorative plate, and place the chopped fruit next to the glass, leaving a few strawberries to the side.

3. Chop a section of the bottom of the strawberry away and place it on the rim of the glass with a mini umbrella sticking in it. Add a straw and enjoy!
